Accessibility Statement
Accessibility is what we teach students to build. It would be strange not to hold ourselves to it.

Our commitment
Connect-It 360, Inc. is committed to making our websites and digital materials usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is a core part of the SharkMakers curriculum - students are taught to design for 100% of the market, not a portion of it - and our own properties are held to the same standard.
The standard we target
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We do not claim to be fully conformant today. This statement describes where we actually are.
What is in place
- Semantic heading structure and landmark regions on every page.
- A skip-to-content link and a complete keyboard navigation path.
- Visible focus indicators that meet contrast requirements.
- Text alternatives on all informative images.
- Color combinations checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Full support for
prefers-reduced-motion: all parallax, animation and counters stop when your system asks them to. - Layouts that reflow at 200% zoom and down to a 320 pixel viewport.
Known limitations
We are honest about what is not done yet:
- Captions and transcripts for our video library are in progress, not complete.
- Some archived PDF documents are not yet tagged for screen readers. We will supply an accessible alternative on request.
- Third-party embeds, including video players and the payment processor, are governed by their own accessibility practices.
How we test
We use automated scanning and keyboard-only review. Automated tools alone do not establish conformance, and we do not use an accessibility overlay widget.
- July 14, 2026 - independent desk review of the previous site by Theresa Dimmer. A documentary review rather than a tested conformance audit.
- September 2, 2026 - automated WCAG 2.1 AA scanning of this build across every page, both color schemes and both mobile and desktop widths.
We have not yet carried out manual screen reader testing, and we have not commissioned an independent tested conformance audit. Until we have done both, we do not claim either.
