Student intellectual property
Product designs and concepts created by students and collegiate teams within the SharkMakers program remain the property of those student teams. Mentors and corporate partners access project work under professional conduct agreements and acquire no ownership by viewing it.

- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or the program portal.
- Upload harmful, unlawful or inappropriate content.
- Use the site to contact students outside the supervised channels the program provides.
